Mara Community Care was established to provide disability support that feels human, respectful, and grounded in real understanding. We bring together professional experience and lived insight to support people in ways that feel safe, calm, and collaborative.

Our Story and Experience in Disability Support

Mara Community Care is led by professionals with strong foundations in counselling, psychosocial recovery, and long term case management. One of our leaders brings over ten years of experience as a senior case manager within a rehabilitation setting, alongside counselling qualifications and lived experience mentoring. This background allows us to support people with empathy, structure, and therapeutic understanding.

Our second leader has five years of experience as a support coordinator and three years specialising in psychosocial recovery coaching. Together, we bring balanced perspectives that support planning, advocacy, and recovery focused practice within disability support.
